  • Standard Delivery: $9.99
  • Standard Delivery of France, Germany, and United Kingdom: $8.99

 

Processing Time:

It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.

Generally, your order may take up to 3-5 business days to process.

 

Transit Time:

3 - 5 Business Days Shipping From USA. At the same time, after the package is shipped, you will receive a notification email in your mailbox. The tracking number inside is to track the timely status of the package.

 

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY? 

We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following area: Asia, Africa

Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update, once your order is shipped, you will get a notification email with tracking number which you can used at https://www.17track.net to tracking the latest routing information.

 

If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

 

 

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

International shipping might experience delay due to covid-19. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email service@dahlia-breeze.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

 

Order Cancellations

 

Before the product has been a ship, we can arrange an unconditional refund for you. For any order cancellations, you may contact us on the provided contact details. All cancellations will be accepted given orders are not yet dispatched.
